Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site and the Divine Frequency Codes product are operated by Lucas e Sá Medeiros ("we", "us"). Purchases are processed by our reseller, Digistore24, who acts as an independent controller for the payment and delivery data they collect at checkout — see their own privacy policy for that part of the process.

2. What we collect

Directly from you, we collect very little: your name and email address if you contact support, and anything you choose to tell us in that message. We do not run our own checkout, so we never see or store your card details — Digistore24 handles that entirely.

The member area also stores progress data — checked boxes, day trackers — but this stays only in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to any server.

3. Why we collect it

To answer support requests, to resend access links, and to process refund requests when asked. We do not use anything you send us for advertising or profiling.

4. Cookies & local storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The member area uses your browser's local storage — a standard web technology, not a cookie — to remember your access key and your progress on this device only. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings; doing so simply means you will need to re-enter your access key next time.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the checkout scripts are loaded from Digistore24 — both may set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with Digistore24 (for payment and delivery, as our reseller) and with service providers strictly needed to run this site (such as our hosting provider), each bound to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet any legal record-keeping obligation, after which they are deleted. We do not keep a customer database beyond what Digistore24 retains as reseller of record.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email supportfrequencycodes7@gmail.com. For anything related to your order or payment data, Digistore24 is the appropriate contact as they hold that record.

8. Children's privacy

Divine Frequency Codes is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

9. Emails & unsubscribing

We only email you in reply to something you sent us, or as part of the order confirmation and delivery flow handled by Digistore24. We do not run a separate marketing newsletter at this time.

If you ever receive a marketing or promotional email from us, it will include an unsubscribe link at the bottom that you can click at any time to stop receiving that type of email — no account or login needed. You can also unsubscribe by emailing supportfrequencycodes7@gmail.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, and we will remove you within a few business days.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional messages tied to an order you placed (such as your receipt or access-delivery email), which are sent by Digistore24 as part of completing your purchase.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
