1. Scope

These terms govern your purchase and use of Divine Frequency Codes and any related add-on sold on this site by Lucas e Sá Medeiros. By purchasing, you accept them.

2. The product

Divine Frequency Codes is a digital, educational and devotional product delivered as web pages and downloadable guides, consisting of original prayers, reflections and a repeatable practice. It teaches a practice; it is not software you install, not a physical product, and not a subscription.

3. Pricing & the upsell flow

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. After your initial purchase, you may be offered optional one-click add-ons at additional prices; each is clearly priced and requires a separate, explicit confirmation click before you are charged. Declining an offer does not affect your original order.

4. Delivery

Access is delivered digitally, by email, immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped. If access does not arrive within 15 minutes, contact supportfrequencycodes7@gmail.com.

5. Reseller relationship

All sales are processed by Digistore24, acting as authorized reseller. Your purchase contract, invoicing, applicable taxes and statutory right of withdrawal are governed by Digistore24's own terms, shown to you at checkout.

7. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Divine Frequency Codes for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or use the material to create a competing product.

8. Content you add

Anything you type into the member area (checklist progress, notes) is stored only in your own browser's local storage. We do not receive, store, or have access to it, and we are not responsible for its loss if you clear your browser data or switch devices.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your access key publicly, attempt to circumvent the access system, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucas e Sá Medeiros is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
